Two Decades of Purposeful Growth
SilverLining Group is not just a consultancy — it is a conviction. Founded in 2005 in Bengaluru, we have grown from a two-person advisory desk into a multi-vertical enterprise that sits at the intersection of public policy, private capital, brand culture, and ethical governance. Every engagement we undertake is anchored in one belief: that integrity and outcomes are not in conflict — they are inseparable.
Our Story
What began as a bold idea in a modest Bengaluru office has evolved into a pan-India enterprise trusted by government bodies, corporate boards, investment funds, and cultural institutions. Over twenty years, we have navigated economic cycles, policy shifts, and market disruptions — emerging stronger each time because our foundation was never built on trends, but on trust.
We integrate six verticals — Brand Management, Corporate Advisory, PPP Infrastructure, Sports, Asset Management, and Ethical Research — into a unified growth philosophy. Our clients do not just receive reports or strategies; they receive partners who stay invested in their outcomes long after the engagement ends.
Explore Our JourneyVision
To be India's most trusted partner for ethical growth — where public good, private capital, and culture converge to create lasting value for communities, institutions, and the nation.
Mission
Build transparent, outcome-driven programmes across PPP infrastructure, sports, assets, and brands. Institutionalise ethics through the SilverLining Integrity Score. Uplift communities through jobs, tourism, and youth engagement.
Core Values
Integrity First
We consistently choose the harder right over the easier wrong. Every recommendation, every report, every partnership is held to this standard — without exception and without compromise.
Outcome Obsession
Activity without impact is noise. We measure our success by the measurable results our clients achieve — revenue growth, project closures, brand equity, and community uplift — not by the volume of deliverables.
Partnership & Trust
We build relationships that outlast engagements. With governments, corporates, and communities, we invest in long-term value creation — because trust, once earned, compounds like no other asset.
What We Learned the Hard Way
At SilverLining Group, we do not hide our setbacks — we institutionalise them. Every failure has been converted into a documented playbook that makes us sharper, more resilient, and more reliable for every client that follows.
The Overstretch Lesson
Rapid scaling without proportional bandwidth led to delivery gaps and strained client relationships. We paused, restructured, and built a readiness framework that now governs every expansion decision. Today, we scale only when our people, processes, and systems are ready — not just when the opportunity is attractive.
The Vendor Governance Gap
A critical event partner defaulted at the last minute, forcing emergency pivots that cost time, money, and credibility. The experience was painful — and invaluable. We redesigned our entire vendor ecosystem with 3-tier vetting, escrow-based payouts, and pre-qualified contingency rosters that activate within 24 hours.
Six Verticals, One Philosophy
Every vertical we operate is a deliberate choice — not a diversification of convenience, but a convergence of expertise. Together, they form an integrated growth engine that serves governments, corporates, and communities with equal rigour and equal commitment.
Brand Visibility & Management
Storytelling coupled with measurable outcomes.
In a world saturated with noise, we build brands that resonate with precision and purpose. Our 360° brand practice covers identity architecture, campaign strategy, experiential marketing, and digital performance — all unified by a single obsession: measurable ROI. From flagship festivals and retail activations to national PR campaigns and performance dashboards, we ensure every rupee of brand investment earns its return.
- 360° brand identity & campaign architecture
- Experiential marketing — festivals, exhibitions, retail activations
- Digital performance marketing & PR with live ROI dashboards
- Brand equity audits & repositioning strategies
Corporate Handholding & Growth Advisory
Growth architecture with risk-controlled scaling.
Ambition without architecture is just aspiration. We work alongside India's most driven enterprises to design growth systems that are bold in vision and disciplined in execution. From market entry and GTM strategy to CXO advisory and policy navigation, our corporate handholding practice ensures that scaling decisions are backed by data, de-risked by playbooks, and delivered by people who have done it before.
- Market entry, GTM strategy & expansion playbooks
- Leadership offsites, CXO advisory & board facilitation
- Policy navigation, regulatory compliance & government liaison
- Organisational readiness assessments & restructuring
Government Infrastructure Advisory (PPP)
Bankable PPPs in airports, healthcare, sports, and cultural hubs.
Public-private partnerships are among the most complex instruments in development finance — and among the most powerful when structured correctly. Our PPP advisory practice brings together financial modelling, stakeholder management, legal structuring, and policy expertise to create projects that attract capital, earn community trust, and deliver public good. We have supported projects across airports, healthcare districts, sports complexes, and cultural hubs — from DPR to financial close.
- Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) & feasibility studies
- RFP drafting, bid management & transaction advisory
- Stakeholder consultations, impact studies & community engagement
- Financial modelling, Viability Gap Funding (VGF) & blended finance
Sports Infrastructure & Management
Inspiring arenas where talent meets opportunity.
Sport is not just entertainment — it is economic infrastructure, social mobility, and national identity. Our sports vertical builds the physical and institutional foundations that allow talent to flourish. We design and develop stadiums, training academies, and multi-use sports complexes; create event IPs that generate sustainable revenue; and build grassroots scouting pipelines that connect young athletes to professional pathways. Every arena we build is a statement about what India can achieve.
- Stadium design advisory, training centres & multi-use complex development
- Event IP creation, operations management & broadcast packaging
- Grassroots scouting programmes & athlete welfare frameworks
- Sports tourism strategy & commercial rights structuring
Asset Management
Lifecycle maximisation with transparent governance.
Assets are only as valuable as the systems that govern them. Our asset management practice brings institutional rigour to real estate portfolios, infrastructure assets, and mixed-use developments. We design O&M frameworks that extend asset life, build yield optimisation strategies that maximise returns, and deploy performance dashboards that give owners real-time visibility into every dimension of their portfolio. Transparency is not a feature — it is the foundation.
- Real estate acquisition advisory & due diligence
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M) framework design
- Yield optimisation strategies & performance dashboards
- Portfolio governance, compliance & lifecycle planning
Research & Ethical Due Diligence
Ethical diligence trusted by banks, funds, and boards.
In an era of information abundance and trust scarcity, the ability to verify integrity is a competitive advantage. Our Research & Ethics wing is home to the SilverLining Integrity Score (SIS) — a proprietary framework that evaluates organisations across governance, ESG, strategic risk, and forensic dimensions. SIS reports are used by investment funds to screen deals, by banks to assess borrowers, and by boards to evaluate leadership. We do not just flag red flags — we build the confidence to act.
- SilverLining Integrity Score (SIS) — full methodology & tiered reports
- Forensic checks: litigation history, regulatory records, media analysis
- KMP background verification & promoter integrity assessment
- Investor-ready diligence reports & red-flag registers
SilverLining Integrity Score (SIS)
In a landscape where capital moves fast and trust moves slow, the SilverLining Integrity Score is the bridge. SIS is India's most rigorous proprietary ethical due diligence framework — built over two decades of advisory experience, forensic research, and governance analysis. It does not merely assess risk; it quantifies integrity, enabling banks, investment funds, corporate boards, and public institutions to make decisions with clarity, confidence, and conscience.
Why SIS Exists
Traditional due diligence is transactional — it checks boxes and files reports. SIS was born from a different conviction: that the ethical character of an organisation is as important as its financial performance, and that both can be measured with equal rigour. After witnessing deals collapse, partnerships fracture, and reputations erode due to undiscovered governance failures, we built SIS to give decision-makers a tool that sees what balance sheets cannot.
Today, SIS is trusted by investment funds screening portfolio companies, banks assessing large borrowers, boards evaluating leadership appointments, and government bodies vetting PPP partners. It is not a compliance exercise — it is a competitive advantage.
The Four Pillars of SIS
Every SIS engagement is structured around four interdependent pillars. No pillar is optional — because integrity is not partial. Each pillar is scored independently and then synthesised into a composite SIS rating that reflects the true ethical posture of the subject organisation.
Governance
We examine the architecture of accountability at the highest levels of the organisation. This includes board composition and independence, promoter background and track record, related-party transactions, succession planning, and the quality of internal audit and compliance systems. A well-governed organisation is not just safer — it is more resilient, more innovative, and more trusted by every stakeholder it serves.
- Board independence & composition analysis
- Promoter background & historical conduct
- Related-party transaction scrutiny
- Internal audit quality & compliance culture
ESG Assessment
Environmental, Social, and Governance performance is no longer a reporting obligation — it is a valuation driver. Our ESG pillar evaluates the organisation's environmental footprint and climate commitments, diversity and inclusion practices, supply chain ethics, community impact, and the authenticity of its ESG disclosures. We distinguish between organisations that perform ESG and those that practise it.
- Environmental footprint & climate risk exposure
- Diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) practices
- Supply chain ethics & vendor conduct standards
- Community impact & social licence to operate
Strategic Risk
Integrity is not only about past conduct — it is about future vulnerability. Our strategic risk pillar maps sector-specific cyclicality, revenue concentration risks, key-person dependencies, succession gaps, and competitive moat sustainability. We assess whether the organisation's growth narrative is grounded in structural advantage or fragile assumptions, giving investors and partners a forward-looking integrity lens.
- Sector cycle analysis & macro risk mapping
- Revenue concentration & client dependency risks
- Key-person risk & succession planning gaps
- Competitive moat assessment & strategic sustainability
Forensics
The forensic pillar is where SIS goes deepest. We conduct comprehensive litigation history reviews across civil, criminal, and regulatory proceedings; analyse media coverage for patterns of controversy or reputational risk; verify regulatory compliance records across all applicable jurisdictions; and assess the integrity of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) through independent verification. No stone is left unturned — because the most consequential risks are often the least visible.
- Litigation history — civil, criminal & regulatory
- Media analysis for reputational risk patterns
- Regulatory compliance records across jurisdictions
- KMP background verification & integrity assessment
Engagement Tiers
SIS is available in three engagement tiers, calibrated to the complexity of the subject, the urgency of the decision, and the depth of insight required. Every tier delivers actionable intelligence — the difference is in the breadth of coverage and the depth of verification.
Designed for time-sensitive decisions where a rapid but credible integrity signal is required. The Rapid Assessment covers all four SIS pillars at a desktop research level, drawing on public records, regulatory filings, media databases, and proprietary SLG intelligence. Delivered as a concise executive brief with a composite SIS rating, key findings, and a prioritised red-flag register.
- Executive brief (15–20 pages)
- Composite SIS rating with pillar scores
- Prioritised red-flag register
- Recommended next steps
The Standard Report is the most comprehensive single-document integrity assessment available in the Indian market. It combines desktop research with structured interviews of key stakeholders, independent verification of critical claims, and a full SIS methodology application across all four pillars. Delivered as a full SIS report with detailed findings, evidence annexures, and strategic recommendations.
- Full SIS report (40–60 pages)
- Stakeholder interviews & independent verification
- Detailed pillar-wise findings with evidence
- Strategic recommendations & risk mitigation roadmap
The Enhanced Deep-Dive is reserved for the highest-stakes decisions — large investment transactions, senior leadership appointments, major PPP partnerships, and cross-border capital deployments. It includes everything in the Standard Report, plus on-site visits, extended stakeholder interviews, third-party expert consultations, and a longitudinal analysis of the subject's conduct over time. The result is the most complete integrity picture available.
- Comprehensive deep-dive report (80–120 pages)
- On-site visits & extended stakeholder interviews
- Third-party expert consultations
- Longitudinal conduct analysis & scenario modelling
Twenty Years of Purposeful Progress
Every milestone in SilverLining Group's journey was earned — not inherited. From a modest beginning in Bengaluru to a pan-India enterprise with a ₹20 Cr turnover, our story is one of deliberate choices, hard-won lessons, and an unwavering commitment to building institutions that outlast individuals. This is not just our history — it is the foundation of everything we will build next.
The Beginning — Bengaluru
SilverLining Group was founded in Bengaluru with a two-person team, a clear conviction, and a blank canvas. The founding premise was simple but radical: that advisory services in India could be delivered with the same rigour, ethics, and outcome-orientation as the world's best consulting firms — without compromising on integrity for the sake of a mandate. The early years were defined by building credibility one client at a time, refusing shortcuts, and establishing a reputation that would compound over decades.
Expansion to Pune
Three years after founding, SLG opened its Pune office — the first signal that the model was scalable and the demand was real. Pune brought access to a vibrant manufacturing and technology ecosystem, and deepened our corporate advisory practice. The expansion was disciplined: we did not grow headcount for the sake of presence, but built a lean, high-calibre team that could serve clients across Maharashtra with the same quality that had defined our Bengaluru work. This was also the year we began formalising our internal playbooks — converting experience into replicable systems.
Mumbai Operations & National Campaigns
Mumbai was the inflection point. Establishing operations in India's financial capital opened doors to investment funds, large corporates, and national media — and transformed SLG from a regional advisory firm into a pan-India enterprise. Our brand management practice scaled rapidly, executing national campaigns for clients across retail, real estate, and culture. The Mumbai office also became the nerve centre for our growing PPP advisory work, as infrastructure projects increasingly required engagement with national-level stakeholders and financial institutions headquartered in the city.
Sports Infrastructure Division Launched
The launch of our Sports Infrastructure & Management vertical in 2015 was a statement of intent. India's sports ecosystem was at an inflection point — rising investment, growing fan bases, and a government increasingly committed to sports as a tool of national development. SLG entered this space not as a promoter or a broadcaster, but as the infrastructure and management partner that makes everything else possible. Within three years, we had advised on stadium development, created event IPs, and built grassroots scouting frameworks that connected young athletes to professional pathways.
Asset Management Vertical Created
The creation of our Asset Management vertical in 2018 reflected a maturing of our advisory philosophy. We had spent over a decade helping clients build and grow — now we turned our attention to helping them sustain and optimise. The Asset Management practice brought institutional rigour to real estate portfolios and infrastructure assets, designing O&M frameworks, yield optimisation strategies, and governance systems that maximised lifecycle value. It also deepened our relationships with investment funds and family offices, who needed a trusted partner to manage assets with transparency and discipline.
Twenty-Year Milestone — ₹20 Cr Turnover
2025 marks two decades of SilverLining Group — and the achievement of a ₹20 Cr annual turnover milestone that reflects not just financial growth, but the depth and breadth of our institutional relationships. Six active verticals. Three city offices. 100+ corporate clients. 15+ PPP projects. 10+ sports infrastructure engagements. And a proprietary integrity framework — the SilverLining Integrity Score — that is reshaping how India's most sophisticated institutions make decisions. The twenty-year milestone is not a destination; it is the launchpad for the next chapter.
The 2030 Roadmap
The next five years are not about incremental growth — they are about transformation. SilverLining Group's 2030 vision is built on five strategic pillars, each representing a step-change in scale, influence, and impact. The target: ₹100 Cr turnover by 2030, achieved through disciplined execution, strategic partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to the values that have defined us since 2005.
₹100 Cr by 2030
Scale revenues five-fold through deepening existing vertical capabilities, expanding client relationships, and entering new geographies — all while maintaining the quality and integrity standards that define SLG.
National PPP Leadership
Establish SilverLining Group as India's foremost PPP advisory firm — the first call for government bodies, development finance institutions, and private investors structuring complex public-private transactions.
SIS as Industry Standard
Position the SilverLining Integrity Score as the benchmark ethical due diligence framework in India — adopted by leading banks, funds, and regulatory bodies as a standard pre-investment and pre-partnership assessment tool.
Sports League IPs
Create and own proprietary sports league intellectual properties that generate sustainable commercial revenue, build national fan communities, and serve as platforms for grassroots talent discovery and athlete development.
Global Alliances
Build strategic alliances with international capital providers, technology transfer partners, and global advisory networks — bringing world-class expertise and cross-border investment into India's most promising infrastructure and brand opportunities.
Case Studies in Measurable Impact
We do not speak in possibilities — we speak in outcomes. Every engagement SilverLining Group undertakes is measured against a single standard: did it create real, verifiable, lasting value? The following case studies represent three of our most defining mandates — each a testament to what becomes possible when integrity, expertise, and execution converge.
Aerocity PPP Structuring
Transforming an underutilised airport-adjacent district into a bankable, blended-finance urban development through rigorous PPP architecture.
The Challenge
A state government authority approached SilverLining Group with a compelling but complex mandate: structure a public-private partnership for an airport-city district that could attract private capital, deliver public infrastructure, and generate sustainable tourism and employment outcomes — all within a regulatory framework that had never been applied to a project of this scale in the region. The project had stalled for two years due to unresolved stakeholder conflicts, unclear financial models, and a lack of investor confidence in the governance structure.
Our Approach
SLG deployed a cross-functional team spanning PPP advisory, financial modelling, stakeholder management, and legal structuring. We began with a comprehensive feasibility study and stakeholder mapping exercise, identifying the key friction points that had prevented progress. We then developed a high-level PPP model that incorporated blended finance mechanisms — combining Viability Gap Funding (VGF), private equity, and development finance institution (DFI) debt — to make the project bankable without over-relying on government guarantees. Parallel stakeholder consultation processes were designed to build community trust and political alignment simultaneously.
The Outcomes
Festival IP to National Brand
Scaling a regional cultural festival into a nationally recognised event property with sustainable commercial infrastructure and government partnership.
The Challenge
A state cultural body had been running a regional festival for seven years with strong local attendance but limited national visibility, minimal commercial sponsorship, and no sustainable revenue model beyond government grants. The festival had genuine cultural significance and authentic community roots — but lacked the brand architecture, commercial strategy, and operational infrastructure to scale. The client needed a partner who could transform the festival into a national IP without compromising its cultural authenticity or community ownership.
Our Approach
SLG's brand management team conducted a comprehensive brand audit and audience research exercise, identifying the festival's core equity — its authenticity, cultural depth, and community participation — as the foundation for national positioning. We developed a three-year brand architecture that preserved the festival's identity while creating the commercial and operational infrastructure for scale. This included a sponsorship tiering framework, a digital content strategy that extended the festival's reach year-round, a tourism MoU structure with state hospitality bodies, and an event operations playbook that could be replicated and improved annually.
The Outcomes
Ethics & Impact Audit for Investment Fund
Designing and deploying the SIS framework for a mid-market investment fund to transform their diligence process and accelerate deal confidence.
The Challenge
A ₹200+ Cr mid-market investment fund was experiencing a recurring problem: deals that passed financial due diligence were subsequently encountering governance failures, reputational issues, and ethical controversies that damaged portfolio value and investor confidence. The fund's existing diligence process was financially rigorous but ethically shallow — it could assess balance sheets but not boardrooms, financial ratios but not integrity patterns. The fund's investment committee recognised the gap and engaged SilverLining Group to design a solution that could be institutionalised across their entire deal pipeline.
Our Approach
SLG's Research & Ethics wing deployed the SilverLining Integrity Score framework across three pilot investments, running parallel to the fund's existing financial diligence process. Each SIS assessment covered all four pillars — Governance, ESG, Strategic Risk, and Forensics — and was delivered as a structured report with a composite score, pillar-wise findings, and a prioritised red-flag register. Following the pilot, we worked with the fund's investment committee to integrate SIS into their standard deal process, training their internal team on interpretation and designing escalation protocols for high-risk findings. We also created a portfolio monitoring framework that applied SIS principles on an ongoing basis post-investment.
The Outcomes
What Our Partners Say About Us
Trust is not claimed — it is conferred. The most honest measure of SilverLining Group's work is not what we say about ourselves, but what our clients say when the engagement is over and the outcomes are real. These are the voices of the governments, corporates, and institutions who have partnered with us and experienced the SLG difference firsthand.
SilverLining brings a rare quality to complex infrastructure mandates — the ability to hold the technical, financial, and political dimensions of a project simultaneously, without losing sight of the public good that justifies the entire exercise. Their PPP playbooks did not just make our project bankable; they made it defensible to every stakeholder who had a right to question it. In twenty years of public service, I have rarely encountered a private advisory partner with this level of institutional understanding and ethical grounding. They are not consultants who deliver reports — they are partners who stay invested in outcomes.
We had worked with several brand agencies before engaging SilverLining Group, and the difference was immediately apparent. Most agencies optimise for creative awards; SLG optimises for business outcomes. From the very first briefing, they asked questions that our previous partners had never thought to ask — about our customer acquisition economics, our competitive positioning, our long-term brand equity goals. The campaign they designed moved the needle in ways we could measure: footfall, conversion, repeat purchase, and brand recall. But more than the numbers, what impressed us was their willingness to tell us uncomfortable truths about our brand before telling us what we wanted to hear. That intellectual honesty is rare, and it is what makes them genuinely valuable.
The SilverLining Integrity Score changed the way our investment committee thinks about risk. Before SIS, our diligence process was financially thorough but ethically incomplete — we were assessing the numbers without adequately assessing the people and institutions behind them. SIS filled that gap with a rigour and practicality that we had not found anywhere else in the market. The framework is not theoretical — it is built from real advisory experience, and it shows. Two of our first three SIS assessments surfaced material governance risks that our financial diligence had missed entirely. One of those findings saved us from a deal that would have been deeply damaging. The Integrity Score is now a non-negotiable part of our investment process, and I would recommend it without reservation to any fund that takes governance seriously.
Every engagement is governed by a strict confidentiality framework. Client identities are protected by NDA; testimonials are shared with explicit written consent.
Become a PartnerLeadership Built on Conviction, Not Credentials
Great institutions are built by people who believe in something larger than themselves. At SilverLining Group, our leadership is defined not by titles or pedigrees, but by a shared conviction that ethical advisory, rigorous execution, and genuine partnership can transform the way India builds its infrastructure, brands, and institutions.
Somjit Dutta
Entrepreneur • Advisor • Cultural Economy Evangelist
Somjit Dutta founded SilverLining Group in 2005 with a conviction that has never wavered: that integrity and outcomes are not competing values, but complementary ones. Over two decades, he has built SLG from a two-person advisory desk in Bengaluru into a multi-vertical enterprise trusted by governments, corporates, investment funds, and cultural institutions across India.
Somjit's advisory philosophy is rooted in three principles. First, that every engagement must create measurable value — not just activity. Second, that the ethical character of an organisation is as important as its financial performance, and that both can be assessed with equal rigour. Third, that the best advisory relationships are partnerships, not transactions — built on trust, sustained by outcomes, and deepened over time.
His domain expertise spans PPP infrastructure structuring, brand strategy and cultural economy, cross-sector partnership development, and ethical governance. He has personally led some of SLG's most complex mandates — from structuring airport-city PPPs and scaling cultural festival IPs to designing the SilverLining Integrity Score framework that is now reshaping how India's most sophisticated institutions approach due diligence.
Beyond his advisory work, Somjit is a passionate advocate for the cultural economy as a driver of national development — the idea that India's festivals, arts, sports, and heritage are not just cultural assets but economic infrastructure that can generate employment, tourism, and community pride at scale. He brings this perspective to every engagement, ensuring that SLG's work creates value not just for clients, but for the communities and institutions that surround them.
Sector Experts Who Keep Us Sharp
SilverLining Group's Advisory Council is a rotating body of senior domain experts drawn from infrastructure, law, finance, technology, and culture. The rotating structure is deliberate — it prevents conflicts of interest, ensures fresh perspectives, and reflects our belief that the best advice comes from people who are actively engaged in their fields, not retired from them. Council members are engaged on a mandate-specific basis, bringing deep sector expertise precisely when and where it is most needed.
Infrastructure & Urban Development
Senior practitioners with direct experience in PPP structuring, DPR preparation, urban planning, and development finance. Drawn from government, multilateral institutions, and private sector project developers.
Rotating — conflict-of-interest vettedLaw & Regulatory Affairs
Senior legal practitioners specialising in infrastructure law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Engaged to ensure every SLG mandate meets the highest standards of legal rigour and regulatory integrity.
Rotating — conflict-of-interest vettedFinance & Capital Markets
Investment bankers, fund managers, and development finance specialists who bring capital markets expertise to SLG's financial modelling, blended finance structuring, and SIS due diligence work.
Rotating — conflict-of-interest vettedCulture, Sports & Brand Economy
Practitioners from India's cultural, sports, and brand ecosystems — festival directors, sports administrators, brand strategists, and media professionals who bring lived experience to SLG's most creative and culturally sensitive mandates.
Rotating — conflict-of-interest vettedAdvisory Council membership is reviewed annually. Members are required to declare all potential conflicts of interest before each engagement. SilverLining Group maintains a strict no-conflict policy — no council member advises on a mandate where they have a direct or indirect financial interest in the outcome.
Build Your Career on Conviction & Craft
SilverLining Group is not for everyone — and that is intentional. We are built for people who are driven by outcomes, not optics; who want to work on problems that matter, not just problems that pay; and who believe that doing the right thing and doing the smart thing are the same thing. If that resonates, we want to hear from you.
Why SilverLining Group
Outcome-Linked Incentives
Your compensation grows when your clients grow. We have designed our incentive structures to reward the outcomes that matter — project closures, client retention, measurable impact — not the activities that merely look productive. At SLG, the people who create the most value capture the most value. It is that simple, and that fair.
Playbooks, Not Chaos
We have spent twenty years converting hard-won experience into documented, replicable systems. When you join SLG, you do not start from zero — you start from two decades of institutional knowledge. Our playbooks cover every vertical, every engagement type, and every failure mode we have encountered. You will spend your energy on the 20% that requires genuine creativity, not the 80% that has already been solved.
Clear Growth Paths
Ambiguity about career progression is one of the most corrosive forces in any organisation. At SLG, every role has a defined growth path with clear milestones, competency frameworks, and promotion criteria. We invest in certifications, cross-vertical exposure, and leadership development because we believe that growing our people is the most reliable way to grow our firm.
Work That Matters
The projects we work on — PPP infrastructure, sports development, ethical due diligence, brand strategy for cultural institutions — have real consequences for real communities. When you structure a PPP at SLG, you are not just closing a transaction; you are potentially creating thousands of jobs and improving public services for hundreds of thousands of people. That weight is real, and it makes the work meaningful in a way that few careers can match.
Current Openings
We hire for character first, competence second, and credentials third. Every role at SLG requires intellectual honesty, outcome orientation, and a genuine commitment to ethical practice. If you bring those qualities, we will invest in everything else.
